Standard check-in time at Prada Hotel is 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Elite members may enjoy complimentary flexibility based on status.
Yes, Prada Hotel offers complimentary high-speed fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property — including all guest rooms, lobby, meeting spaces, and pool areas — at no extra charge for all guests.
We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats (up to 20 kg) in designated pet-friendly rooms. A non-refundable pet fee of $1,500 per stay applies. Please notify us at the time of booking to ensure proper room assignment.
For Flexible Rates: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival date.
For Non-Refundable Rates: Payment is non-refundable upon booking.
No-shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. One extra bed (for children 6–12 years) is available for $1,200 per night, including breakfast. Cribs are provided free of charge upon request.

- Aurora – All-day dining with international & Indian cuisine (6:30 AM – 11:00 PM)
- SkyLounge – Rooftop bar with cocktails and city views (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Yes, we offer private airport transfers from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) for $2,500 one way. Please share your flight details at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone to arrange this service.

At check-in, we place a pre-authorization hold of $3,000 per night on your credit/debit card to cover incidental charges (mini-bar, spa, dining, etc.). This hold is released within 5–7 business days after checkout if no additional charges apply.
